From acute pain to performance:
A step-by-step system that helps you take acute LBP patients from the treatment table, back to the trap bar.
The Low Back Pain Intensive™
Enrollment for Round 6 is NOW OPEN!
An advanced clinical program for physical therapists looking to master assessing and solving sciatica, then confidently transitioning patients back to the gym.
"The LBP Intensive was a miracle! After 30 years in practice, this was a game-changer!
This course provided information and simplicity I've never seen before, and I’ve taken a lot of courses. It boosted our patient rapport and referrals. The value is truly off the charts!"
- Todd Houghton PT, CSCS - Owner & CEO of Houghton Physical Therapy
What most of brilliant physical therapists don’t talk about,
but feel all the time
It’s that moment in the eval when you realize your patient has raging sciatica... and suddenly your brain shuts down.
You freeze.
Your patient is stuck on the table, barely able to get comfortable or get up and you’re stuck wondering,
“What the hell do I even do next?”
Here’s what a lot of my clients admit to:
∙ “Sometimes I panic when I see these patients on my schedule… I try not to show it, but my brain just turns off.”
∙ “I’m so tired of second guessing myself and sick of reinventing the wheel every session.”
∙ “I can get some patients better, but others just don’t respond… and I can’t tell you why.”
∙ “These are the patients who cancel the most… or just vanish when things start getting hard.”
∙ “Even when I do get them out of pain, they come back 3 months later saying they got hurt again at the gym... and I feel like I failed them.”
Even seasoned PTs start questioning themselves when they can’t get predictable outcomes.
And let’s be honest, the hardest part isn’t always getting them out of pain.
It’s knowing what comes next.
What do you do when:
Your flexion-sensitive patient wants to deadlift again?
Your extension-sensitive patient just joined a HIIT gym?
Your patient finally got out of pain… but has zero confidence in their body?
What happens when your “go-to progressions” stop working?
Or worse, when your patient gets hurt again, and you feel like you missed something obvious?
This is a huge gap in our profession & spine rehabilitation.
Getting someone out of pain can be hard.
Keeping them out of pain while getting them stronger?
That’s where most plans fall apart.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to rebuild real resilience after acute LBP or sciatica…
If you’ve ever felt like you were duct-taping together random exercise progressions, hoping it holds…
You’re not alone.
And you’re not wrong for wanting something more systematic.
Most Con-Ed Courses Leave Us With This Massive Gap…
The sad truth?
Even highly ambitious, well-trained PTs who’ve dropped thousands of dollars on con-ed courses, STILL feel completely unprepared for the realities of acute spine rehab...
…and even more unprepared for what comes after.
You finally get your patient out of that hellish flare-up.
They’re grateful that they can sit, walk, sleep, maybe even jog again.
Then they ask:
“Can I get back to the gym yet?”
“What can I do now?”
“How do I start training without screwing this up again?”
Suddenly, all the confidence you had during the rehab process disappears and is replaced with these questions:
What exercises should you program?
How do you progress it?
When do you reintroduce deadlifts, squats, & carries?
What happens if they flare up?
Most con-ed doesn't cover that.
It’s either overly academic, or vague rehab clichés like
“meet them where they’re at” without ever showing you HOW.
So you wing it.
You prescribe a few “safe” movements and hope they don’t get hurt again.
But deep down, you’re crossing your fingers they don’t ghost you, or worse, re-injure themselves and lose trust in the process.
It’s a terrible feeling to be the next name on a patient’s long list of professionals who couldn’t help them finish the job.
And if you’ve ever felt that anxious pit-in-your-stomach around acute sciatica, exercise progressions, or dreaded that eval for the “health & fitness enthusiast” with acute on chronic sciatica…
Just know that:
you’re not alone.
PT school didn’t prepare you for this.
And most con-ed courses haven’t either.
But there is a better way, and I’ll walk you through it step by step.
To figure this out,
here’s what great
Physical Therapists
(like you) are trying…
McKenzie repeated extensions and hope it works because sometimes it doesn’t work or really flares their symptoms 😬
The McGill Big-3 exercises to “build up their core” but some patients can barely do it without pain and for the patients who can, it doesn’t seem to have any lasting results.
Soft tissue mobs, traction, breathing techniques to help relieve pain & muscle tone but as soon as they try to move, they get this dagger-like pain ⚡️ and can barely get off the table.
K-Tape, Graston Technique, dry needling, cupping, Mulligan/Maitland/ Kaltenbourn joint mobilizations all with some temporary relief, yet now patients expect these passive modalities and its hard to transition to what really matters😑… active care!
Nerve flossing & nerve gliding techniques but too many acute sciatica cases can barely tolerate it and a some get REALLY flared up… so now they shy away from these techniques with those acute cases.
Integrating Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE), to teach patients about the amygdala, perception of threat, and how pain is an output of the brain 🧠. Yet all you get is a blank stare &/or the dreaded
“so you’re saying it’s all in my head?” response 😬

“I panic a LOT less, which is amazing! AND I have a lot more confidence when talking with my clients!
This helped my brain not jump all over the place when someone with acute back pain comes in the door.
Instead of just thinking "AH PRONE EXTENSIONS", it actually helped me ask the right questions, which further helped guide me in what to do on my objective exam.”
Dr. Kayla Nguyen PT, DPT
owner of Rise Physio & Performance
Imagine 3 Months From Now…👇🏽
You don’t flinch when you see an acute LBP or sciatica eval on your schedule.
You actually look forward to it.
You’ve got a clear, flexible system so that even when your plan doesn’t go according to plan, you know how to pivot without scrambling.
Your evals are crisp.Your progressions are thoughtful.
And your patients finally trust that they’re actually getting better, not just “feeling okay for now.”
You’re confidently walking patients through:
How to get out of acute debilitating LBP/sciatica
When it’s safe to deadlift again and how to modify when it’s not.
Whether a flexion-sensitive client is ready for loaded carries
How to scale squat depth, hinge patterns, and trunk control without guessing
No more “I hope this works.”
You’re stacking wins, week after week with less mental fatigue.
You hear patients say:
- “This is the first time I actually understand my back.”
- “I didn’t think I’d be lifting again this soon.”
- “You’re the first person who showed me what comes after rehab.”
You’re not just a physical therapist who “helps with pain”…
You’re now known as the PT who gets people back to the gym safely, confidently, and stronger than before.
If you’re a clinic owner, you’ve built a standard that all your staff can follow so patients stop getting “mixed messages” depending on who they see because everyone is speaking the same language.
Your clinic’s reputation? Clear. Consistent. High-level.
And the best part?
You can teach this to a student or mentee then watch them crush it too, creating a ripple effect of better care, better outcomes, and more fulfillment.
No more re-inventing the wheel.
No more late-night rabbit holes searching for random exercises online.
Just clinical clarity. A system that works. And the confidence to scale it across your practice.
That’s what is available to you right now…
AND it doesn’t have to take you years.

The LBP Intensive™
Ends the Guessing Game
Unlock your clinical edge and finally take patients all the way from pain to performance.
What this program is NOT:
❌ It’s NOT “the 3 best sciatica exercises you’re not prescribing”
❌ It’s NOT another manual therapy cert with fancy acronyms you forget by Monday.
And it’s definitely not a highlight reel of exercises pulled from YouTube with zero context.
Instead:
✅ You get a practical, flexible system that shows you exactly how to eval, treat, and program for even the most complex sciatica and LBP patients.
✅ You’ll learn how to adjust the plan on the fly when things don’t go to plan (i.e during flare ups), or when they say “I want to deadlift again, but I’m scared.”
✅ By the end you’ll know how to build strength & resilience without overloading sensitive tissue or coddling them with banded clamshells forever.
You’ll have a framework that gives you structure without boxing you into strict approach.
It works whether you’re into systems like DNS, PRI, SFMA, FRC, or your own hybrid model.
This program has helped clinicians:
Solve years of complex back pain in patients who’ve been let down by the system
Prescribe exercises with precision while still using their own voice and clinical style
Transition patients to real strength & conditioning without spinning wheels in “rehab purgatory”
And you can learn it all without years in a residency or fellowship (most of which don’t teach this material)
Even if you’re fresh out of school and have never written a long-term exercise program before.
This isn’t theory. It’s the system I’ve used and taught for 10+ years… and the system that dozens of alumni now swear by.
“Since The LBP Intensive I’ve had 100% client retention for clients with LBP for a few years now… Once they sign up… they have not left!”
Christopher Lee OTR/L CSCS Owner of Chris Lee Fitness
Become a Back Pain Expert In Your Community Just like Todd & Justin…
“I was able to implement these tools, tips and strategies and had tremendous immediate results with the "overwhelming" acute patient. I have never seen this information even though I’ve been doing this for so long and I’ve taken a lot of con ed courses. The information and the simplicity of how to implement it right away, is a game changer!”
- Todd Houghton PT, CSCS - Owner & CEO of Houghton Physical Therapy
“Since this program, we've been coined the 'low back pain experts' in our area… This was probably one of the best investments I've made for my staff PT and for myself.”
— Justin Vaidyan PT, DPT Founder & CEO of Arise Physical Therapy

Who’s a good fit for The Low Back Pain Intensive™?
You should join The LBP Intensive if…
✅ You’re a physical therapist who thrives in a group learning environment where you can ask real-time questions, break down complex cases, and learn through discussion (not just passive videos).
✅ You’re a newer PT (0–5 years out), and despite taking all the big-name con-ed courses… you still freeze a little when that raging sciatica eval shows up on your schedule.
✅ You’re a clinic owner who’s tired of playing “telephone” between staff PTs. You want clear clinical standards for managing acute LBP & sciatica, so you can reduce liability, improve continuity, and stop reinventing the wheel with onboarding every new hire.
✅ You’re a more seasoned PT (10–20+ years in) with a solid toolbox, but your results with acute or persistent back pain patients are still a bit inconsistent. You’re ready to sharpen your precision with a structured-yet-flexible system you can adapt to your own style.
✅ You’ve felt unprepared to guide patients back to strength training after pain relief. Whether you love lifting yourself or just want to program better, you know your patients deserve more than
“just don’t do anything that hurts.”
If you’re serious about helping patients rebuild confidence and resilience, not just get out of pain… this program was built for you.
What You’ll Learn?
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–6)| The Acute Phase: Clinical Clarity & Pattern Recognition
✅ How to stop the overwhelming pain science vs biomechanics back and forth drama with the "who’s right & who’s wrong?" non-sense.
✅ How to systematically subcategorize the two main subtypes of mechanical low back pain to make the diagnosis A LOT more specific to what matters to the patient
✅ How to assess the dynamic interplay between the 3 key neuro-musculoskeletal sensitivities without overthinking it & wasting time.
✅ How to interview the patient during the subjective exam without feeling scattered while developing rapport with the patient.
✅ How to find your own physical exam flow so you know exactly what tests to do in the order that best suits the patient without second guessing yourself.
✅ How to document your eval & diagnosis concisely without fluff so you know exactly where to start next visit.
✅ How to stop overthinking these evals & bullet proof yourself from paralysis by over-analysis.
✅ How to use a simple checklist so you can confidently communicate to your patient, improve buy-in, get better results, and reduce your cancellation rates.
✅ How to ask yourself anchoring questions so you don't end up reinventing the wheel during the eval and follow up visits.
✅ How to problem solve & critically think on your feet through real cases, not just theoretical models.
Phase 2 (Weeks 7–12): Return-to-Gym Programming & Trunk Control
The 3 pillars of spine health then how to progress to “General Physical Preparation” (GPP) & gym re-integration as soon as possible.
The guiding principles to developing resilient trunk control.
Exactly how to perform a movement assessment at the thorax, pelvis, breathing, core endurance using The Resilient Spine Assessment™ checklist.
Exactly how to progress back to deadlifts, squats, single leg work, upper body training & exercise considerations for patients’ who were:
Load intolerant
Flexion vs extension/rotation sensitive, &/or
Neurodynamically sensitive
How to assess whether a movement is a threat vs just deconditioned.
Regression strategies for common flare-ups (and how to adjust on the fly).
How to create a progressive 12 week strength & conditioning program from scratch.
WHO THE LBP INTENSIVE IS NOT FOR:
It is NOT for all clinician…
and there are a few who SHOULD NOT buy this course.
Please DO NOT invest in The Low Back Pain Intensive™ if any of the following apply to you:
❌ You’re a Physical Therapist who is ONLY interested in manual therapy techniques.
❌ You’re a Physical Therapist looking for quick-fix strategies and you’re NOT interested in coaching patients
DO NOT invest in The LBP Intensive™ if you can’t get on board with these MUST-HAVE con-ed mindsets 👇🏽
You gotta do the work beyond watching the online videos for intellectual candy!
While I make it as easy and straightforward as possible, if you can't put aside a few hours a week to work through the content, put it into clinical practice, this course is not for you. You have to be willing to apply this content to your patients, fail, reflect, go back to the content, ask questions in the private Facebook group, bring up challenges during the group calls, and try again and again and again… this is what it takes to excel in our line of work and if you’re not willing to do that then The LBP Intensive™ is simply not for you.
Don’t expect to be able to help EVERY patient with ONE system alone!
The best clinicians I know are well versed in various models and no matter what anyone tells you there is no rehab model that has ALL the answers. The same principle applies to The LBP Intensive™ system. What I can promise you is that if you follow the step-by-step system laid out in this course, you’ll finally be able to understand why some patients respond better to certain rehab methods and why others don’t while allowing you to tap into your own clinical creativity.
“The LBP Intensive has led to more referrals which has been a really cool process to see. I feel like we keep getting more of those back pain patients because we’ve become more efficient at treating them.
It helped our team better communicate with patients from the get-go using the educational visuals that helped breakdown the process & expectations around ‘set backs’.
9 months later we’re still using this system, we’ve used it to onboard a new PT, and as a team it is now a part of the standard of the way we practice.
This is worth it 100 million percent!”
Dr. Kelsey Lynch PT, DPT, CSCS
Clinic Director at Arise Physical Therapy
THE CURRICULUM BREAKDOWN
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–6)
The Acute Phase: Clinical Clarity & Pattern Recognition
Week 1: PATTERN RECOGNITION & DIVERGENT THINKING
Get out of your own way & stop swinging from the extreme ends of the “rehab pendulum” i.e “Biomechanics ↔️Neuro & pain science" . Build a basic clinical “re-thinking” habit & learn the value of tackling clinical problems from various perspectives using real case studies.
Week 2: The 4 Neuro-Ortho Sensitivity Framework
Learn a step by step process so you can categorize & sub-categorize patients into the 2 major diagnostic categories: Flexion & Extension Sensitive Low Back Pain. By the end of this module you'll know exactly how to diagnose your patients, how to concisely document in less time, with zero fluff so you can confidently communicate to both patients and your colleagues for continuity of care.
Week 3: THE SUBJECTIVE PATIENT INTERVIEW
Help your patients feel heard & understood by learning how to integrate thoughtful behavior change questions & basic interviewing strategies to develop your patients' confidence & trust in you before you even start the physical exam.
By the end of this module, you'll be be even more confident interviewing your patients, while developing rapport and setting the stage for a successful plan of care.
Week 4: FIND YOUR "PHYSICAL EXAM FLOW"
Learn how to confidently and efficiently find your own "flow" through the physical exam using the process you learned in module 2. By the end of this module you'll feel a lot more confident walking into really acute sciatica & low back pain evals. You'll know how to efficiently move through the physical exam step by step without getting caught up in minutia.
Week 5: Initiating Treatment & Pain Science Education
Give the patient an “ah-ha” moment by helping them understand their diagnosis, triggers, and how to recognize patterns between their history & the physical exam. You'll be confident teaching your patient basic pain science without giving them a "pain neuroscience lecture".
Week 6: Treatment Planning & Actionable Self-Care Education
Empower your patient with specific actionable steps to eliminate/minimize their triggers to kick start their recovery and re-take control of their situation. This is where you learn how to become a "chef" and practice the art & science of blending a pain science & biomechanics approach to to acute low back pain management & communication.
Phase 2 (Weeks 7–12):
Return-to-Gym & Resilient Spine Control
Week 7 - Developing Resilient Trunk Control | The Basic Principles
Stop over-cueing posture and start rebuilding a trunk that can actually handle real-world forces. In this phase, you’ll guide patients from passive “table wins” into active trunk control, so they can confidently move through their day without flaring up every time life throws them off balance. You’ll learn how to spot the weak links in their breathing, trunk stiffness, or segmental control, and turn those into tangible strength & stability that holds up outside the clinic.
Week 8 - Assessing Spine Control & The Resilient Trunk Control Checklist
No more guessing who’s ready to train and who’s still too fragile. This week, you’ll use a simple assessment checklist to uncover exactly where your patient’s trunk control is breaking down and why they keep flaring up when you try to load them. From breath mechanics to segmental spine control to single-leg stance demands, you’ll know what to look for, what to ignore, and where to start so you can finally match your progressions to their actual capacity instead of hoping they’re ready.
Week 9 - Exercise progressions for strength training
(Deadlift, Lunge, Squat, Locomotion, Push-Pull, Carry)
Finally feel confident prescribing gym lifts without second guessing if you're doing too much, too soon. This week is where you turn all the trunk control work into full-body training progressions your patients can actually build on. From deadlifts and squats to carries, lunges, and push-pull patterns. You’ll learn how to scale intensity, range, and load tolerance across both flexion- and extension-sensitive cases so your patients stay progressing while minimizing flare-ups or fear.
Week 10 - Strength & Conditioning Program Overview & Principles
Learn the structure of how real & simple programs are built, not just exercise lists. This week is all about pulling the chaos into a clear, adaptable system. You’ll stop overthinking every rep and start plugging patients into a 2 to 4 day per week strength and conditioning template that actually builds resilience over time. Whether your patient needs more trunk endurance, posterior chain loading, or simply a reason to train again, you’ll have the principles and structure to make it happen with less time and fewer doubts.
Week 11 & 12 - Build the S&C Program: Putting it all together
This is where it all clicks. You’ll take everything from the last five weeks and finally build out your patient’s full training plan from start to finish. You’ll learn how to organize warm-ups, mobility prep, trunk control, and strength work into a cohesive program that makes clinical sense and actually gets results. By the end, you’ll know how to confidently write 8 to 12 week programs that meet your patient where they’re at while scaling them toward serious training without falling back into rehab purgatory.

“I hear myself sounding more confident when explaining how to reduce pain in the acute phase
My patients are happy, bought in to our plan…. Learning new approaches to performing the subjective and objective exams, has made me excited to see these types of cases on my schedule for the first time in years!”
Dr. Clark Berger, PT, DPT
Clinic Manager & Clinical Education Coordinator
“I use to stress out when I saw an acute low back pain eval on my schedule… but now I feel so much more confident & excited for them!
"This gave me a systematic framework for acute sciatica/LBP but even more than that, the framework allowed me to see the "clinical why" behind these patients' symptoms and how we could move forward in a way that I have never seen before, and I take A LOT of con ed courses!...
The only question I’m left with is, why aren't they teaching this system in PT school!?"
Dr. Rachel Jerozal PT, DPT
Founder of Durham Pelvic PT
A little about the Instructor
Dr. Ramez Antoun PT, DPT, OMT, IPNFA
Hey! I’m Ramez, but please call me "Mez". I'm a physical therapist & strength coach specializing in back pain rehab. I’m best known for my unmatched ability to integrate orthopedics, neuro PT, and strength & conditioning in simple yet actionable ways for physical therapists at any level.
I’ve been a consultant to a Major League Baseball organization, a private hospital, various elite athletes ranging from martial artists, runners, weightlifters, and powerlifters.
With the PT industry becoming more divided by contrarians and overcomplicated gurus, I’m deeply committed to teaching physical therapists practical info to help them see past the industry bullshit to stop wasting their time/energy, con-ed $$ and get real results.
I’ve developed a simple system that will spark your clinical creativity, get your patients results that last, and elevate your career.

(see what I did there? 😉)
Let’s do this.
What clinicians are saying...
This program helped me be more structured and systematic when evaluating low back cases. In general, the course material was great! It’s honestly one of the best courses I have taken and very practical. I love the aspect of taking different approaches and being able to use what is best for each client.
Justin Vaidyan PT, DPT Founder & CEO of Arise Physical Therapy
The program helped to pull me back to the basics and recognize that patterns and lifestyle are super important and usually a better place to start. I was able to recognize things in my patients that I wouldn't notice before and give them easy changes to make to start reducing pain right away. I loved practical application that we can use right away. If you’re on the fence I’d say absolutely do the course, especially if you are a younger clinician. This helps you grow in your critical thinking skills and pattern recognition which will be super beneficial to your long term abilities as a clinician. This was the best CEU course I’ve taken yet.
Dr. Kelsey Lynch PT, DPT, CSCS
This program gave so much structure to the acute LBP eval! It really helped me to categorize patients systematically while still thinking outside the box for individualized care. What I loved the most was the case studies that were used throughout. If you’re on the fence about this course you have to register today! This is one of the best continuing education courses I've ever taken (and I'm a con ed junkie)! I'm someone who used to stress out when I saw an acute low back pain eval on my schedule but now I feel so much more confident and am excited for them. The only question I’m left with is, why aren't they teaching this system in PT school?
- Dr. Rachel Jerozal PT, DPT - Founder of Durham Pelvic PT
"Regardless of how confident you feel in treating acute low back pain, you need this course. The value provided by Mez is unbelievable, and the content you have access to is immensely helpful in every possible scenario. Every uncomfortable or uncertain moment you have had when someone is wriggling in pain in your office, Mez has accounted for and covers it in this course. He gives you the playbook to troubleshoot with objectivity rather than guesswork so you can get your patients on the right track faster. Mez brings a level of passion that is special, and having access to the years worth of work he’s done and knowledge he’s acquired should not be passed up. Sign up."
- Dr. Britt Smith, PT, DPT, LMT, CLT, CFSC
Co-Founder of Keep It Moving Physical Therapy & Wellness
This course gave me an excellent road map and helped my brain not jump all over the place when someone who has acute back pain comes in the door. Instead of just thinking "AH PRONE EXTENSIONS", it actually helped me ask the right questions, which further helped guide me in what to do on my objective exam. I panic a LOT less, which is amazing. AND I have a lot more confidence when talking with my clients about realistic expectations with their back pain. Even has someone who has been practicing for 9 years, it was so incredibly refreshing to have an instructor who was caring, compassionate, a clear speaker, an expert in the field, and somehow gracefully is capable of blending the art and science of acute low back pain. Mez, truly, your course is SO great. It was so refreshing to have someone remind me that you don't have to be all or nothing. And acute back pain WAS a weak point of mine. Having the online course as a resource that I can refer to, go over, and hone in on, is EVERYTHING. Thank you for being such a brilliant teacher. Your vibe, how you speak, and how you present, it really resonates with me."

This program has completely changed how I assess, plan for, and treat my patients. I have found that having the course visuals is a game changer for patient education. I have found that removing their triggers on day one gets immediate buy-in. Breaking down each situation (trigger) has been a game changer for patient education and how they are thinking for themselves. It has given be a HUGE new group of tools to add to my tool box. I loved the simplicity of the strategies and explanations that were very successful. The online platform was awesome for me to watch one time through, take notes and then hear it again, I was able to digest much more info the second time. I like having the online videos & reference that I can look back on at any time. I was able to implement the tools, tips and strategies and had tremendous immediate results with the "overwhelming" acute patient after even watching the first video and crushed it even after just 1 week. I was able to be calm, grounded and more relaxed for the patient during their high stress feeling when they were in a lot of pain. I received my moneys worth/ value in the first week. I loved the course, one of the best ones ever!!"

This course gave me a greater toolkit for approaching low back pain. I appreciated Mez discussing client cases (even humbly mentioning his errors with patient cases and what the right steps were for correcting these errors). This made this topic more approachable, and normalized the experience of at times feeling overwhelmed by low back pain complexity. I previously did not give as much weight to patients' ergonomic setups and daily activities (or inactivity). This would have decreased the effectiveness of any exercise program, manual technique, or intervention. But because of this, I am able to dramatically decrease low back pain for patients even before "treating" them! If you’re on the fence, all I can say is, DO IT! Definitely worthwhile in learning a quick and easy to understand framework, and super helpful to learn about easy to implement environmental/ergonomic changes individuals can make for big results. Mez synthesizes intelligent approaches with physical therapy techniques with emotionally intelligent leadership with his patient stories, and embodies the art of skillfully coaching patients without overwhelming them with excess information.

Prior to getting the program my evaluations were unstructured and disorganized missing a framework to which I could anchor myself to. After learning the Neuro-ortho framework my treatment flow improved exponentially, I stopped doing guess work and started making sound clinical decisions geared towards resolution. Now I'm way more confident and able to not only guide my patients but make them feel empowered and give them control over their pain. What I loved the most was how Dr Ramez delivers the course. He's the best mentor a clinician could ask for. I felt welcomed despite only having a few years of experience. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to develop their clinical skills related to not only management of acute LBP but also a framework for treatments. Dr Ramez's wealth of knowledge goes way beyond LBP. The program gave me confidence and reassurance in my decision making process.

"Before this course, I was at a loss with these REALLY acute low back pain patients because everything hurt... Typically I'd end up referring them out. But when imaging came back negative, I would chalk it up to "pain science" when our PT sessions 'caused a flare up'... This content has helped me understand why & filled in those gaps beautifully."
