Back to the Gym
After Sciatica

A practical roadmap that teaches physical therapists how to get their low back pain & radicular pain patients back to strength training without the constant “backing off” and flare ups every 3 weeks. Because what happens after the symptoms calm down, is where most Physical Therapists get stuck.

Get Your Patients Back to Serious Training Without Constant Setbacks.

The missing piece in most low back pain & sciatica rehab?

It’s not more nerve glides. Or more manual therapy. Or yet another corrective exercise progression.

It’s the bridge between symptom relief and real-world performance.

You know the patient I’m talking about:

  • They "graduate" from rehab but feel fragile.

  • Every time they try to deadlift, something feels "off".

  • They're scared of rounding their back or lifting overhead.

  • They bounce between fear & flare-ups and never fully trust their body again.

This course fixes that.

Introducing the next evolution of the Solve-Sciatica™ & The Low Back Pain Intensive™ Program.

Why This Course?

If you took my first course Solve Sciatica™ &/or The LBP Intensive™, you learned how to handle the acute sciatica eval using pattern recognition to help get your patients out of day-to-day pain fast.

But your next question was:

"Okay, now what? How do I actually load them again, without overprotecting or underpreparing them?"

This course answers that.

We cover:

  • The 3 pillars of spine health then how to progress to “General Physical Preparation” (GPP) & gym re-integration.

  • The guiding principles to developing resilient trunk control.

  • Exactly how to perform a movement assessment at the thorax, pelvis, breathing, core endurance using the resilient trunk control assessment checklist

  • Exactly when and how to bring back deadlifts, squats, single leg work, upper body training and more even in patients with chronic sensitivity.

  • How to assess whether a movement is a threat vs just deconditioned.

  • Regression strategies for common flare-ups (and how to adjust on the fly).

  • How to create a progressive 12 week strength & conditioning program from scratch

And just like Solve-Sciatica™ and The Low Back Pain Intensive™, this isn’t theory. It’s what I’ve been doing for years with real patients who want to lift, train, and move like athletes again.

This Course Is For You If...

  • You treat active adults, athletes, or barbell lovers who want more than just pain relief.

  • You feel stuck when it comes to progressing past rehab basics.

  • You want to be the PT in your area that serious athletes & active people go to for strength-minded spine care.

  • When you discharge your patients to a home exercise program or a personal trainer, they keep getting flaring up.
